No cheese curd, stuff in the gravy – not quite what I can call Poutine!

Coated steak fries in flour to get a really crunchy texture.

Gravy is made from thinly sliced leftover pork chop (my mom always said, “Waste not, want not!”), jalapeno, onion, and I threw in some diced tomato along with a handful of corn and peas. 

Melted shredded smoke cheddar and sharp cheddar cheeses on the potato wedges, smothered in gravy and topped with more cheese.

Make it your way, name it what you want – I call it delicious!
